Hello friends,

I would like to say thank you in advance as your program and topics have been very helpful in the past.

I am running McAfee (which I realize is not the best program for anti-virus protection). My problems began earlier today when McAfee's firewall was disabled. As instructed on another blog, I searched for "services.msc" and set the Windows and McAfee firewalls to automatic and set all of the recovery responses to "Restart the service". I have run multiple scans with MBAM, McAfee, and even installed/ran other similar software (SUPERantispyware). I even downloaded and ran tdsskiller (which didn't find anything). McAfee continues to tell me that hit is detecting and deleting ZeroAccess.b!... and MBAM is telling me that it is blocking outgoing info from being sent to various IP addresses with the associated file ping.exe. My latest MBAM scan has come-up with no issues.

Any suggestions?
