I am infected, please help.

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My PC has been infected for at least the last two weeks. I have tried multiple anti-virus and anti spyware programs and the only thing that seems to come close to helping is the Malwarebytes program. This still does not help completely. I still get the same two items showing up in each scan. I have followed the instructions in the forum. Below are my Malwarebytes Log and my Hijack This log. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you.

I followed all of the steps, with one exception. I could not get SmitFraudFix to run right away. When I started it my CMD screen was red and said it was missing IEDFIX.exe. I rebooted in safe mode and started the program and it worked as the directions had said. So I than proceded with the rest of the steps. Here are the logs.

Thanks.

It looks like one of your security programs may be preventing MBAM from making the change or there is still something hidden running.

Please update MBAM again, then disconnect from the Internet and disable your Anti-Virus and then run MBAM Quick Scan and Fix, and Reboot.

Run a new HJT Scan and Save log

Re-enable your Anti-Virus and post back those logs please.
