I purchased Malwarebytes pro and relied on receiving the rest of the info and confirmation via email, but no email was received. I ran out of copy paper is why i didn't make a copy of purchase and why i relied solely on proof by email. The only proof of purchase other than a bank statement, i did write down was the Cleverbridge ref#(--------). My email is set up fine. How do i get my PC protection from purchase if i cant continue the final steps?? .....( email address removed ) ....purchase i believe was on 9/20/11

Greetings :)

In order to retrieve your ID and Key you will need to contact CleverBridge directly. They can be reached via the options available on this page

Once you have gotten your email from them with your ID and Key be sure not to delete it and I also recommend printing or writing it down and saving it in a safe place for future reference.

If you have any further issues you may also contact support@malwarebytes.org and they will help to get your problems resolved.
