Can't run MalwareBytes or any virus protection, File permission problems.

I've tried installing and running various removal tools and they all had the same result, they install ok but when I run them after a few seconds the program disappears (it appears the process is getting killed?). After that the .exe can no longer be run. I get the following error: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." The same thing happens for MalwareBytes :/

Also my google links are taking me to random places and random pages pop up.

My system is windows XP SP3 and i have an old version of ESET NOD virus protection.

Please help asap!!

Hello and

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:

• Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • DDS.scr
    
  • DDS.pif
    

  [*]Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.

  [*]A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.

  [*]Notepad will open with the results.

  [*]Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.

  [*]Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.

Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
