Malwarebytes for malware analysts

Hello, I'm in training for a malware analyst and whenever I need to use malwarebytes in doubt. I know that the number of infections is that it removes too much, but what I really want to know is if the ideal at the time of analysis of a case, I request the use of malwarebytes at the beginning or end of the analysis? It is indicated for all cases or infections need to really know what it removes? Searching the forums where it is used always see the analysts use it at the beginning of each analysis, but still I get doubts. What is the best procedure?

I'm not sure where you're training but you need to work with your Teacher/Instructor on what tools to use and when to use them.

Using tools or methods without approval or instructions from your Teacher can sometimes be a cause for dismissal from the school.
