Hello again, Malwarebytes people!

I had been posting on this topic with a problem with my son's laptop: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=90075&st=0

You closed the topic as I hadn't replied for a long while. This was because I had tasked my son with getting hold of a Windows Reinstallation disc, which he has now finally done!

Hope you can continue to help!

Just to recap, I have tried booting the PC with the Reinstallation disc. The computer is set to boot from CD. The CD drive whirrs, but Windows still does not load. I get this message:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".

3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000e

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.
