Registry HiJack Infection

When I run Malware Bytes, it shows a couple registry keys infected by malware and a trojan agent on a file. Below is the log from malware and HiJackThis. Each time I run malware the same infections occur, although the malware log says it removed it. How can I clean up this PC so the infection are gone. I haven't ran the scan in safe mode yet, waiting on user to go home for the day before I give it a try. Your help would be appreciated.
