Updates Database

Recommended Posts

Hey, guys. New here. My name is Jose Alvarez and I'm an IT Administrator at a credit card payment company.

One of our computers got infected with P1kAlMiG2Kb7Fz and I used MBAM to get rid of it. At first, it didn't work because it said that the database was 63 days outdated. We didn't want to plug it to the internet for fear that the infection would spread to other computers on the network.

My question is this: is there anywhere I can see the updates as standalone files, similar to what Microsoft does with their updates (post the bulletins on their website for people to download)? That way, I could burn the update files to a CD and then use it on the infected computer.

Thanks a lot, guys.

The issue is that you represent a Company and any type of business use requires a corporate license. The free version and online purchase are only for home/consumer use. Though online corporate version should be available soon.

That said though we're more concerned that you do get the system cleaned first and then you can contact sales and correct any licensing issue.

Please see issue #4 here on how to update the system to the latest version while not online.

If you did already purchase a license even if it is consumer you can obtain information about the purchase from Cleverbridge.
