Hi,

I am very new to this and just installed Malawarebytes' today. Almost immediately after install I start seeing these pop up messages from my system tray saying something like "successfully blocked access to potentially malicious website xx.xx.xx.xx (outgoing or incoming). I looked up some of these IP's and they are from places like the Ukraine and Norway. This kind of alarmed me and I wanted to know if this is anything to be worried about. I have run multiple antivirus software recently such as malawarebytes' and avira antivir and they find nothing. Is this something to be concerned about?

Hello and Welcome to Malwarebytes

Are you running Skype or any Peer 2 Peer sharing software like uTorrent ?

Do you get these IP block notices even when all software is closed including Skype and Peer 2 Peer software?

If you do then you're quite possibly infected and should seek assistance on locating and fixing it.

If you think you are infected, here are the steps needed to get your computer cleaned....
