So in the middle of browsing my computer restarted randomly then I checked my processes after it boot back up and saw a complete unknown "963656471:3905195974.exe" which i cant end. So fearing the worst, i booted up malwarebytes and began a quick scan. after maybe 5 seconds into the scan malwarebytes closes and when i try to run it again I get a windows error which says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have permission to access the item."

The same thing also happened to GMER after the initial quick scan and i unchecked the things in the sticky.

I have tried all of this in safe-mode also. The numbers process that i can't end also appears in safe-mode and the same closing of programs during the scan also happens. I also tried the superantispyware scan which also closes mid-scan. I also tried renaming mbam (which i am able to run once before closing when i reinstall) and same things happen.

Attached are the two DDS logs which was able to run correctly.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

In the future, please post all logs directly into your reply instead of attaching them unless otherwise indicated. With that said:

  • Download the file TDSSKiller.zip and extract it into a folder on the infected PC.
  • Execute the file TDSSKiller.exe by double-clicking on it.
  • Wait for the scan and disinfection process to be over.
  • When its work is over, the utility prompts for a reboot to complete the disinfection.

By default, the utility outputs runtime log into the system disk root directory (the disk where the operating system is installed, C:\ as a rule).

The log is like UtilityName.Version_Date_Time_log.txt.

for example, C:\TDSSKiller.2.2.0_20.12.2009_15.31.43_log.txt.

Please post that log here.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
