Obsequio Posted September 3, 2011 ID:472430 Share Posted September 3, 2011 Last week I got a bad virus. It wouldn't let get online or rune programs. I purchased Norton Internet Security. I eventually had to go into safe mode and have it removed by the Norton Power Eraser. I found that Norton was blocking Trojan.Gen.2. When I do google searches the page always redirects. I downloaded Malwarebytes and it fixed some other things, but Norton keep blocking what is now called Trojan.Gen not Trojan.Gen.2.I tried to do the do it yourself instructions on this website, but i doesn't seem to be working.
