pc repair infection and resultant crashes

Got the pc-repair virus and I think successfully removed it. See attached. The rootkit won't run, it crashes the computer with Bad_pool_header error Stop:0x0000019(0x00000020,0x84A67000 0x84A67828 0x1B050000)

Unhid the files and most everything is normal except I can't mount my second internal drive anymore. It is a 1tb seagate caviar green that was fine, has 500gB data on it and crashes the compter on boot with stop:0x0000007B(0xF7920524,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000). Used as a usb external it runs fine and data is untouched. Take out 1tB and boots fine.

Decide to make new system drive. Bought seagate 500gB caviar blue, put in sata 0 to install new system and get the same crash and stop error 07B.

Flashed bios.

Ran also windows defender scan, macafee, spybot all updated. Ram Microsoft memory diagnosis tool. No problem found.

I'm stuck.
