MBAM under standard user account

For security reasons, I've decided to start running under a standard user account. Since doing so, I've noticed that website blocking seems to be disabled and I'm not able to re-enable it. Is this by design?

Never mind, running as a standard user proved to be a ball ache. Back to running as an admin.
