Malwarebytes runs but doesn't complete

Hi,

Malwarebytes runs for approximately an hour and 45 minutes then disappears from the screen with out completing the scan. It seems no log is generated. This issue started about a month ago, previously Malwarebytes would log and complete fine. I'm running Mcafee Virus Scan Enterprise and Mcafee Host Intrusion Prevention.

Malwarebytes: 1.51.1.1800

version: 7606

OS: WinXP sp 3

It sounds as if this is a work computer running in an enterprise environment?

If so, and if you are a reseller, affiliate, technician, corporate, business, educational, government or non-profit customer, then you'll want to please contact corporate-support@malwarebytes.org and include full contact details along with your Reference # when you do, in order to ensure that you receive prompt assistance.

In the interim, there is some specific advice about McAfee VSE and MBAM here.

If that doesn't resolve your issue and/or if you think you might be infected, there are some troubleshooting suggestions here.

One of the more expert folks and/or MBAM staff may have some additional suggestions, but I hope this gets you started,
