System Freezes with MBAM Corporate

I have recently installed Malwarebytes Corporate (Build on 35 systems that I manage. I am only using Malwarebytes with the active protection turned on for system protection, there is no other antivirus software installed on these systems. In the 3 weeks that it has been installed, I have had several systems that have had freezing issues. The cursor moves but other than that, the system is basically unresponsive. I can't even get task manager open when it does this. I end up having to shut the system down hard using the power button. Usually when it comes back up, it is fine again for a while, but in some instances, even after a restart it locks up again almost immediately until I remove Malwarebytes from the system. I do not have any scans scheduled on any of the systems.

The only commonality of these systems that have locked up is that they are all running Malwarebytes Corporate. Had the problem in both XP and 7. Several different models of systems. Old machines and newer machines. Several different networks at different physical locations. Malwarebytes is the only thing new that I have installed in the last month on these systems (other than Windows updates, etc.) and none of these systems have had freezing issues before MBAM was installed.

The only other common software that all of these systems have on them is LogMein and GFI MAX Advanced Monitoring Agent. Is it possible that it is conflicting with one of them?

I am to the point where I am about to remove this software from all of the systems and request a refund because this is becoming such a headache.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
