open that website and see... its not malicious website. so please remove it from the blocking list.

I can't do that unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of malicious content across the entire Ecatel range (this isn't a new problem, Ecatel have been a problem for years).

I realise this isn't helpful, but I'd urge you move the site to a different host.
