Malware removed but keeps coming back

Hello all,

I've been having a lot of trouble with my pc lately. Often when I'm connected to the internet, my computer slows to a crawl and needs to be rebooted. I've run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware many times (with updates) over the past week and it often finds issues and cleans them up. The problem is that after all issues are removed, it will run great for a few hours and then more problems show up, my computer slows down and I have to reboot, then re-run Malwarebytes. Typically, if I disconnect from the internet, that improves my PC performance significantly.

I've attached some screen shots of the items that Malwarebytes has found over the past week.

Would be great to hear if anyone knows what's going on and if there's a permanent solution.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
