Malwarebytes always block's an IP everytime I start Steam.

So I downloaded malwarebytes to see if I have any viruses,etc it found a couple and made restart my pc. At the startup malwarebytes showed at the right corner that it's blocking an IP etc that's related to Steam.exe Here's some log

14:59:09 username IP-BLOCK 76.9.20.58 (Type: outgoing, Port: 54719, Process: steam.exe)

15:07:59 username IP-BLOCK 76.9.20.58 (Type: outgoing, Port: 57529, Process: steam.exe)

I'm kinda worried now.

No I would not recover the machine. Let us check out that IP and see if/why it's being blocked.

STEAM is a very common gaming engine and in theory should be running from a clean network.

Please post in the False Positive forum and someone will confirm if it is a false positive or not and if not then you may need to seek further assistance in checking your system for an infection which we can do.

Let's check if it's false or not first though.
