Need help computer being broken

it started out with the security protection rogue virus i ran rkill and rootkikit kill thing and all seemed fine but i ran malaware bytes and it found trojans galore and now my MBAM blocks like 200 ip's a minute it came to a point i was running straight slideshow status im now running in safemode and all seems to be cleaner please help i can post whatever logs you need
