Skype Outgoing port blocked

Malwarebytes is reporting regular malicious outgoing and incoming web sites as indicated below. Attached are the requested diagnostics.

Is this a real problem or something innocuous?

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

As a P2P program, Skype connects through many different IP ranges. Some of which are known to house malicious content but that doesn't mean Skype is malicious. MBAM is doing its job and is blocking those malicious IPs. It should not be affecting Skype's functioning. Is it?

Hi and thanks for the update. No, Skype is working just fine, it's just the message that is somewhat disconcerting. The messages do bug me, despite the reassurances, so I have gone into Windows Firewall Advanced settings and blocked the ports 40883 and 50071 for outbound TCP connections, which basically stops these messages. Glad to hear that there is nothing intentionally happening.
