Good afternoon,

I would be very grateful if anybody having the knowledge could give me some advice.

everytime I try to start Windows normally it shows me that famous blue screen.

Technical message is 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x82A72157, 0x9DG2391C, 0x00000000).

Other tips concern BIOS memory, but I think it has got nothing to do with it.

Not sure if its connected but before this problem has appeared, I have successufully got rid of trojan horse with the help of you malwarebytes.

A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.

Check to be sure you have adequated disk space. If a drive is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart you computer, open F8 to select advance start-up options, and then select safe mode.

Sorry to hear about your BSOD.

This can be caused by hardware failures or other problems.

However, since you were recently infected, it may well be that the malware corrupted critical system files, causing the BSOD.

We cannot work on malware detection/cleaning here in the PC Help forum.

However, the following information will help you get started on the cleaning process.

OPTION 1

As we don't deal with malware removal in this PC Help Forum, you need please to start a topic in the Malware Removal forum so that a qualified helper can help you fix any malware related problems/infections you may have.

  • First, please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete.
  • If the infection has so crippled the computer that you cannot follow most/all of the requested steps, then please just proceed as advised below:
  • Then please post a NEW topic here.
  • When posting your new thread, please make sure that, under "options", you select Track this topic and choose Immediate Email Notification, so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post.
  • One of the expert helpers there will give you free, one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

If you choose Option 1, just do the best you can following the requested steps in the "I'm Infected" article -- if you are unable to run the scans and tools, just start a new post in the malware removal section with the information you have (including, if you wish, a link back to this topic).

The experts there will help you.

Please do be patient, though. It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for an expert helper to become available. So, please don't "bump" your topic before then. If you are urgently pressed for time, then you might wish to try Option 2 or 3.
