Now I can not see my C: drive because it keeps saying C:\resycled\boot.com is not a valid Win32 application and I keep getting Error code: 725 (5,0) after running MBAM because my XP Hoe system was acting weird.

Hello Kenny

Please run the following.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

  • Start MalwareBytes AntiMalware
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Select the Update tab
    • Click Update

    [*]When the update is complete, select the Scanner tab

    [*]Select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.

    [*]When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

    [*]Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

    [*]When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply

    • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
    • C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

Then RESTART the computer and AFTER the reboot run HJT Scan and Save log

Post back NEW MBAM and HJT logs.

My connection got really hosed up so I called my ISP and they asked me to get to the modem diagnostic screens and I could not.

To make a long story short I completely cleaned the hard drive while I powered off the modem then installed XP Home then installed the SP3 CD that I had then was able to connect and installed IE7 and set it up the way I liked then produced the following HijackThis log:
