Cannot remove MS Juan

Hey guys, I hope everyone is having a better end to the year than I am

Let me start at the beginning, 2 days ago, I installed GTA 4, a Christmas gift from my brother. It is a legit copy, and I have to say that I haven't "purchased any games from Mexico" since I finished school and could actually afford the real things.

After installing the game and signing up for the required MS Live account, I began getting the annoying popups, you antivirus may be out of date, please install our malware programs, etc. Around the same time Avast! discovered several Trojans. So, I started doing a little research, and trying some different solutions. I disconnected the computer from the network to prevent further infection of the unit, and possibly the other PCs we have. I ran Ad-aware followed by Avast!, both found Malware/trojans respectively, and I had them removed.

The popups came back, so I put Malwarebytes and Super Antispyware on a jump drive and installed on the computer, both found more nasties, and those were also removed. I tried a few other fixes I saw recommended, cleaned out the registry, etc. and now I am left with one Vundo file that keeps coming back no matter how many times Malwarebytes or Super Antispyware remove it.

I hope you guys can help me get rid of this annoyance, as I would hate to start the new year with a reformat, although it has been about a year or so on this current install. Below I have posted my hijack this log and the Malwarebytes log. I also have a combofix log it that would be helpful.
