Hello, I have a virus that is shutting off Windows Security Center, Windows Defender, and is also redirecting my google searches back to Google.com

Problem solved. I ran Combofix and it cleaned up three files and everything is working fine now. Combofix rebooted and the computer told me something about registry items marked for deletion and wouldn't let me open anything then I restarted the pc and it was all good.

Well one should not run Combofix on their own but since you have please post the log so that we can review it and see if all is okay.
