Yesterday Malewarebytes updated the program to a new version. I did the restart. I shut the computer down last night and today upon start up. was an error saying that mbam service couldn't start. I went to program files clicked on Malware Bytes and now I get this error See attached screen shot

disabled avg 9.0 service error still occured. then I added exclusions and noticed the mb icon was on the the taskbar I clicked it and said update and it did. So I re-enabled avg and rebooted now it loads and works fine. I am happy but a new version shouldn't create problems. The average computer user doesn't want to or know how to fix these nuisance problems

Hello kasmir:

I'm very happy that your MBAM PRO is working OK for you now.

Only an incredibly small percentage of users have experienced any problems. Even those are rather obscure.

If we can be of further help please let us know. :)

There have been known issues with AVG and Malwarebytes, it could have been an update to AVG that caused your issues as well. I always enter exceptions in any antivirus program for Malwarebytes regardless if the work good together or not, its a just in case kind of thing....
