Automatic Updating

I've used Malwarebytes for a long time and finally made the jump to the paid version. Everything is great except for one. I can't seem to figure out how to get the program to update automatically. I searched before posting this and didn't get any hits, so I'm hoping this isn't a repeat post of someone else, but I'd really like the darned thing to update on it's own. Every day, I get the same message, the database is outdated, and I update, but it would be nice to have the peace of mind knowing it's doing this on it's own.

I've ticked and unticked every combination of boxes and maybe I just haven't hit the right combo yet, but am hoping someone can help me with this.
