Mom's Computer...

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My mom has been having problems lately. Her computer often cannot access information on the internet. She visits a page, but certain content will not load. Examples of this issue are videos on YouTube and ticket search on ticketmaster.com. She has a lot of junk in the start-up, and I haven't turned any of it off so it would appear in the HijackThis log. Thanks for any advice as to how to clean this computer up.
