Help please

I usually dont get viruses because I use specific programs for example this

but i blindly downloaded a file not paying attention and its on my other laptop

but when i ran it sadly i did run the exe not on purpose though

when i ran it it disabled my keyboard (laptop) so i used a built on screen keyboard and

then it started to disabled most things so i ran a system restore it obviously did not work

and then it deleted all my virus protection programs like deleted there source file then i ran

safe mode with network and i re downloaded one of them and installed it but when i try to run it

it deletes it i really have no clue at this point i can download the forgot what it is called where you can remote view my pc and help

or any suggestions

also when i re download a virus protection program and install it when i go to scan it deletes the whole program

disabled task manager also

also when i re download a virus protection program and install it when i go to scan it deletes the whole program

I can download programs when in in safe mode but when i try to scan they get deleted
