Unable to connect to the internet

Recommended Posts

Iv been talking with people on bleeping computer and tech spot forum to clean my laptop of a real bad virus, tech spot says its clean but bleeping computer is still taking me through steps to see if its clean. However my internet connection is un-accesable from that computer, The people at bleeping computer said it had something to do with MBA when they saw this: SSODL: WPDShServiceObj - {AAA288BA-9A4C-45B0-95D7-94D524869DB5} - c:\windows\system32\WPDShServiceObj.dll

SecurityProviders: msapsspc.dllschannel.dlldigest.dllmsnsspc.dll

In a log from a DDS scan, What can I do to fix this problem?

Greetings and welcome. As you are currently being assisted in another forum, I don't want to have you do anything without them telling you to as it could do more harm to your system than good. However, I will provide some info on that entry you found. Please see here: http://www.systemlookup.com/O21/236-WPDShServiceObj_dll.html Apparently it is a normal entry to be found, but might have been altered by running Malwarebytes. If you refer to this post: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=6104 it explains that installing the new version of Malwarebytes' and then doing a quick scan and repairing the issue if found should correct it. I'm not sure if it's related to your internet connectivity though.
