temporarily remove program to recover iphone

Recommended Posts

Greetings :)

You won't need to do so if you're running the Free version as it does not run in the background, only when you open it to perform a scan. If using the PRO version, simply open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and click on the Protection tab and uncheck Start protection module with Windows. and reboot your computer. Once you have finished recovering your iPhone, open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware again and again click on the Protection tab and this time check the box next to Enable protection module. and then check the box next to Start protection module with Windows..

Even with the PRO version running in the background, it should not interfere with you recovering your iPhone, so you should try to do so without disabling protection, but if you still wish to do so, then simply follow the above instructions.

Please let us know if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Thanks :)
