IP Address and other blocking

Recommended Posts

Hello, this is my first posting concerning this issue, and was not quite aware as to where I should post it.

The other day I had noticed that one of my e-mails was continually showing nothing but text and all of the visual additions of that message was being blocked. Not only that was being blocked but, the website of that message and its affiliate was also being blocked. I had noticed that Malwarebytes Pro (which I am a subscriber of) was continually popping up a message that the IP address was being blocked, so I had uninstalled the said product and everything began working as properly as before. Trying to find a method on my own of remedying this situation has become worthless and that is why I am posting this message in hopes that one of you fine ladies and/or gentlemen can assist me on this situation.

Is there a way that I can go into the services that block certain IP addresses and remove them?

Thank You Very Much,

Roger's

Hello and :welcome:

To have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ignore an individual IP address, visit the website in question to incur a block. When you see the tray notification that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware has blocked the address, right-click on the red M tray icon and use the Add to Ignore List menu to have the IP ignored. You should then be able to refresh your web browser and visit the page. If not, then you may need to close and then open your browser and try again or clear your browser's cache to be able to see the page.

If at any time you decide to remove the selected IP from the Ignore List, you can do so by opening Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and clicking on the Ignore List tab.

If a program you use is being detected as a threat by the protection module, you can use the Add button on the Ignore List tab to have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ignore that application.
