PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (11001, 0, Host not found)

I have run the quick scan (as recommended) and a full scan. No issues were found and the error message persists. My router appears to be fully functional in that I have 2 other computers and a printer on a network with no issues. Any further suggestions? thanks
