farmer1973 Posted July 6, 2011 ID:449972 Share Posted July 6, 2011 Hello. When starting a new system service twice appeared to me Blue Screen. I should add that before the tem services were excluded for better optimization. To post enclosing two reports. On Wed 2011-07-06 12:12:08 GMT your computer crashedcrash dump file: C:\Users\Jan Nowak\Desktop\idQkG0.dmpuptime: 00:04:44This was probably caused by the following module: mbam.sys (mbam+0x120B)Bugcheck code: 0x19 (0x20, 0xFFFFFFFF87510288, 0xFFFFFFFF875102D8, 0x80A0006)Error: BAD_POOL_HEADERfile path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mbam.sysproduct: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malwarecompany: Malwarebytes Corporationdescription: Malwarebytes' Anti-MalwareBug check description: This indicates that a pool header is corrupt. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: mbam.sys (Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Malwarebytes Corporation).Google query: mbam.sys Malwarebytes Corporation BAD_POOL_HEADEROn Wed 2011-07-06 12:06:13 GMT your computer crashedcrash dump file: C:\Users\Jan Nowak\Desktop\idPGQA.dmpuptime: 00:22:03This was probably caused by the following module: mbam.sys (mbam+0x1592)Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFFFFFB08E9000, 0x0, 0xFFFFFFFF81AB90F6, 0x0)Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREAfile path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mbam.sysproduct: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malwarecompany: Malwarebytes Corporationdescription: Malwarebytes' Anti-MalwareBug check description: This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. Firefox Posted July 7, 2011 ID:450786 Share Posted July 7, 2011 Not using an antivirus software is not a good idea, also Malwarebytes is not an antivirus software, its designed to work as a second layer of defense.I would suggest trying a clean install of malwarebytes by following the steps below....Please do the following: Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates. Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask and we'll explain how to do it.
