Ad-Aware says "MyglobalsearchToolbar" and "Virtumonde" Malware and adware

I went to a website and ever since i have been gettin ad pop ups every couple minutes. This virus has also messed with my windows firewall and windows updates and turned them off. i cant turn windows update back on, it says i dont have permission

I have completed all the requested Preliminary steps. I have deleted temporary internet fils, enabled Show Hidden Files & Folders, and scanned with Ad-Aware 2008.").
