Do you know this function of malwarebytes'?

Checking that box can be useful at times, as sometimes an infection (such as a malicious BHO) could be loaded into Internet Explorer, and if IE is still running, then you would need to reboot for MBAM to be able to remove the threat. It is unchecked by default, because often enough, a reboot is required to remove many threats anyway (rendering it kind of moot) and if you're using your PC at the time (including Internet Explorer), you wouldn't want it to just suddenly close your browser while you're in the middle of something in order to remove a detected threat when you could just as easily let MBAM remove the threat on reboot.

I understand.

Instead of letting the users to make a decision in advance, it is better designed to prompt window to allows the users to select for "immediately shut down" or "off later" the Inernet Explorer when encountering infections, so not much more direct?
