Malwarebytes blocks IP?

I think I have become infected by some malware after accidentally clicking on a dodgy link yesterday. Without Maywarebytes firefox opes random blank tabs all the time, with Malwarebytes it blocks an IP address 91.212.226.182 type outgoing, port 49504 process:firefox.exe ?

I have run a scan, found 2 threats but it is still happening, I have run my AVG, found a few more but it still didnt help.

Can anyone help me, im not sure where to go from here!
