Hello and :welcome:

Those IP's all originate in China and are known by MBAM to be malicious, that is why the blocking occurs.

As they are incoming and being blocked by Malwarebytes they do not represent a threat. This is unfortunately common, affecting many people, and there is not much you can do. Keeping your security software and windows updated is the best policy to prevent problems from these and other threats.

Best regards

Hello soulfulimpressions,

When do you experience these prompts? When your system is idle and nothing is running? While surfing the Internet? While playing an online game (Not a browser game)?

Thank you.

Hello soulful,

Typically while you are connected to a modem that is always on you will be connected to the Internet. With that being said, does this prompt occur more often during any activity from you (the user)? Or while your computer is on and connected to a modem providing Internet access?

Thank you!

Hello Soulful,

Let's get an OTL log to see what is going on within your system.

Please Download OTL to your Desktop:

To Use OTL:

  • Get OTL From
HERE
Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
OTL should now start. Change the following settings
Change Drivers to All
Change Standard Registry to All
Under File Scans, change File age to 30
Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt (first run only). These are saved in the same location as OTL.
Please attach these 2 files in your next reply.

thank you! :)

Hello soulful,

I would like the experts here to ensure your system is clean of malware. After the below directions are complete and you get the all clean sign, please return here for more advised assistance.

As we don't deal with malware removal in the General Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Forum, you need to start a topic in the Malware Removal forum so a qualified helper can help you fix any malware related problems/infections you may have.

You can follow the directions below and someone will assist you with running scans on your system to see if they can detect anything.

Please print out, read and follow the Directions HERE, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post.

Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org

Thank you very much.

Hello soulfulimpressions,

I am sending you to the free support part of the forum to ensure you are not infected. The experts there are able to then take a look more in depth at whether you have any infection on your system.

Thank you.
