Quarantined Files

I performed a scan on Malwarebytes yesterday to remove a trojan virus. I accidentally deleted all of the items in the quarantine and as a result I am having problems with most of the programs on my computer. Many programs won't item, desktop icons won't work, etc. I think this is because I must have accidentally deleted needed registry files, etc. I don't want to have to re-install all of the various programs. Is there a way to recall items that you have deleted from the quarantine? Or are they truly gone forever?

It's likely that during removal, some part of the infection messed up your settings. Please do the following, making sure to include a description of your issue (a link to this very topic should suffice) and someone will assist you with the issue. Also note that your best bet would be to contact support@malwarebytes.org as described below since you are trying to recover the quarantined files:

Please read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then create a NEW topic here.
