Hello,

Is malwarebytes already installed? What OS are you using? 32bit or 64bit?

Yes. I already have malwarebytes installed. I have Windows XP, but

I can't check whether it is 32 or 64 because regardless of what I

click, I get a window saying me to have 25 infections, and that,

in order to remove them, I should pay $59.99 and get 'XP Antivirus

2012.' I fell for it in March and paid for which was supposed to

protect me for a year :(

I've already taken my laptop to a technician 4 times since February. The last one installed Malwarebytes.

Thank you.
