computer acting strange lately

Hello computer has been acting real funny lately. I had to rename highjackthis to hijack.exe just to save a logfile as it wouldnt allow me in the original format. My browser history will not delete avast has run and found nothing. Here is my log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please download CCleaner and save it to your desktop.

• Run the CCleaner installer.
  
• During installation process, please UNCHECK "Add CCleaner Yahoo! Toolbar".
  
• Please do NOT run a scan yet!
  

Now, open CCleaner:

• Click the "Windows" tab.
  
• Select the following:
  • Check everything under the "Internet Explorer" section.
    
  • Check everything under the "Windows Explorer" section.
    
  • Check everything under the "System" section.
    
  • Check ONLY "Old Prefetch data" under the "Advanced" section.
