Fake AvAlert and Computer Shutting Down

Recommended Posts

I seem to have a persistent infection that keeps shutting my computer down. It tries to load a program and my computer says it won't load and then shuts itself down automatically. Here is the most current Malwarebytes scan log. The previous scan I did found a FakeAV trojan but this full scan I just did has found nothing. It seems completely random (the computer shutdowns). Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
