I've tried malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, Combofix. They all seem to get rid of the problem for a day or two but then those stupid fake security alerts pop right back up. I haven't found anything that gets rid of them completely.

I tried to follow the rules in the sticky, but dds doesn't seem to run for me, all I get is a black box that closes before I can even read what it says. And the rootkit program that I was told to download failed about halway through and closed.

What can I do?

Ok so I got the logfiles to work, but why is it that whenever I try to run the rootkit scan after about 30 mins my screen goes blue with a bunch of writing and then my computer just shuts down unexpectedly?

Also, when I run malwarebytes it says "no threats detected", yet when i run HItman Pro it always seems to pick up a few trojans and gets rid of them momentarily.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
