Did another malwarebyes scan and still not rid of the "Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit" infection:

Glad to hear you are able to run the scans OK. :)

However, may I respectfully point out a couple of "procedural" issues: ;)

1) You have already started a thread at the General MBAM forum here. So there is no need to start a second thread here about the same topic. Cross-posting in multiple threads will just create confusion for everyone. :(

2) As I advised in my original reply at your other thread, I would love to assist you, but I am not trained or authorized to help with malware removal. Moreover, even the authorized experts do not work on malware detection or removal or review of scan logs here at this part of the forum. :(

So, please follow my instructions here and then start a thread at the correct forum for malware removal. (When you do so, please use a more descriptive subject line, e.g. the name of the infection file. ;))

One of the experts will assist you there as soon as one becomes available.

Your version of MBAM is VERY OLD and out dated. Please follow the directions below if an Expert is not already helping you in the HJT forum.

Please do the following:

  • Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
  • It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
  • After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here
    • Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version
    • Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
      Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask and we'll explain how to do it.
