Different error has occurred

I started up malwarebytes and if ask to update because of out of date, I ok it to download new updates but I get quote (An error has occurred. Please report this error code to our support team. PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12163, 0, IsInternetConnected). I then uninstalled the software and cleaned the registry entries and deleted all the folders and reinstalled it and it is doing the same but now I don't even have the first set of updates when one installs the software. What must I do in this case thanks for what info I receive in advance.

Please left click on Start > Run...

In the Open: box, enter via cut & paste from below:

cmd.exe /k ping mbam-cdn.malwarebytes.org

Please report:

• the exact version of MBAM installed.
  
• the full name of anti-virus and exact version in use.
  
• the detailed version of Windows installed.
  
• if a Personal Firewall other than the integral Windows firewall installed? If so which one?
