malware works only temporarily for me please help

i ran malwarebytes from 12/16 it works for a day or two and then my computer slows down and those antivirus popups keep popping up.iso i ran malware again an it says something about trojan.vundo anyways heres my malwarebytes and hijack this log to help thanks.
