Please Help - XP Security 2011 Virus

Hi there,

Hoping someone out there can help me please. My computer has recently been infected with the XP Security 2011 Virus. I have tried to install Malwarebytes but when I click on 'Run' nothing happens and it just won't install. I did try and rename it incase the virus was blocking it but that didn't work either. Now I am no computer wiz so if someone could guide me through with step by step instructions that would awesome.
