Can't remove Trojan.Agent and Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit

Recommended Posts

After scanning my system today with Malwarebytes I found two deteced malware objects, Trojan.Agent and Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit. I removed both of them with malwarebytes, and rebooted my system. I did another scan to find they were both still there. I did this a couple times and everytime I rebooted they were back. I looked in the quarantine tabe and saw several copies of the Trojan.Agent which I deleted all of, tried again but both objects reappeared after a reboot. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of these for good.

Here is a HJT log after a fresh reboot, followed by a malwarebytes log after a quick scan..

This family of infections often comes with rootkits in the drivers folder , lets see if we can track them down .

Download , unzip and run GMER :

http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

GMER does a quick scan automatically so let it do its thing , click copy and then paste into your next post . Depending on what I see I might have you either do the full scan or move right into capturing the offending files .

Think I started to do the full scan by mistake, but here is the text from start of it which has the couple lines that had come up when the program launched.
