Ive just posted in malware removal section (appologies if im in the wrong section or if im hijacking this thread)

I too found Spyware.Passwords.XGen yesterday does this mean that mine is also a false positive (i ve deleted it) or does it not work like that? sorry im a bit of a novice.

Hi I deleted it as the only options where delete or ignore

it would nt save a log and i could nt click on any thing else,

once i deleted it the log saved and it seems fine now.

I dont know if this is relevent but i was not logged on as administrator.

it kept coming back. To delete it i had to restore it then log on as administrator to delete, but i think that was because I had to allow malwarebytes to run at start up to finish the deleting (because of programs running at start up settings)
