Mcafee scanning problem

Recommended Posts

Hi - I am having an issue where the Mcaffee real time scanning stops. An alert pops up and am able to restart it with the prompt. The same thing has happened with the McAffee firewall. Also the computer is running very slow. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is the MBAM quick scan followed by the DDS scan and the attached DDS scan. Thanks for any help.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Doesn't sound like malware to me.

I would take it up with McAfee.

Next, please run the PCPitstop Full Tests here (NOT the PCMatic scan or any other scan; simply register with the box on the left and you will be taken to the Full Tests/Overdrive Test). When the tests are complete, a results page will pop up. Copy and paste the URL of the Results screen and post it here for me.
